1. Service scope
WPReborn provides website migration, rebuild, remediation and related development services. The exact deliverables for a purchased package are the package features shown at checkout together with any written scope clarification accepted by both parties.
A package purchase does not automatically include work that is materially outside the advertised tier, including undisclosed integrations, custom applications, unusually large content estates, inaccessible systems or third-party services that require separate licensing or engineering.
2. Package selection and reclassification
If the selected package does not reasonably match the website or migration requirements, WPReborn may contact the purchaser for clarification and reclassify the project before work begins. Any material change to price or scope will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
If the purchaser does not accept a proposed reclassification, the matter is handled under the Refund Policy based on whether work has commenced and whether non-recoverable third-party costs have been incurred.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate scope information, lawful access to systems they are authorized to control, timely responses where decisions are required, and any licenses, credentials, exports or third-party approvals reasonably necessary to complete the work.
Do not send passwords or secret access material through ordinary email or the public support form. WPReborn will arrange an appropriate handover method when access is required.
4. Migration continuity
WPReborn uses a continuity-first process intended to preserve agreed routes, content, data and functionality during migration. No migration can guarantee uninterrupted operation in every circumstance because hosting, DNS, payment providers, external APIs and other third-party systems may be outside WPReborn control.
Where a staged cutover or maintenance window is required, the customer will be informed as part of the project plan.
5. Acceptable use
The website, support system and checkout may not be used to submit unlawful content, malicious code, unauthorized credentials, abusive traffic or material that infringes third-party rights. WPReborn may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, other customers or infrastructure.
6. Payment and third-party providers
Payment is processed through the configured payment provider. WPReborn does not rely on browser-submitted package prices; the server revalidates package and amount data before payment creation.
Third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting providers, registrars and external APIs operate under their own terms and may affect delivery independently of WPReborn.
7. Liability and warranties
WPReborn will perform services with reasonable professional care and according to the agreed scope. Except where law requires otherwise, the service is not represented as eliminating every security risk, business interruption, third-party defect or future compatibility issue.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing terms
The governing law and legal entity details should be completed in config.php before production deployment. Current setting: Set governing law in config.php.
If a written project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the specifically negotiated project agreement controls for that project.
