1. Before work begins
If you cancel before engineering work has commenced, you may request a refund of the service amount paid, less any non-recoverable third-party cost that was expressly incurred for your project with your approval.
2. Reclassification
If WPReborn determines that the purchased tier is not suitable, we will contact you before materially out-of-scope work proceeds. If you do not accept the proposed reclassification and work has not commenced, the unused service amount may be refunded subject to any approved non-recoverable third-party cost.
3. After work has commenced
Once engineering, analysis, migration preparation, data work, custom development or another agreed milestone has commenced, completed work and consumed milestones are not refundable. Where practical, WPReborn may refund the unperformed portion of a cancelled project after accounting for completed work and committed third-party costs.
4. Completed delivery
Completed and accepted migration or development work is not refundable simply because the customer later changes platform strategy, supplier or business direction. Defects within the agreed scope should instead be raised through support so they can be assessed against the Service Agreement.
5. Payment disputes
Contact WPReborn before initiating a payment dispute so the project record, scope and payment can be reconciled. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
