1. Information we collect

We may process contact details, support and quote information, project references, migration scope, payment status and technical request metadata needed to provide the service.

Payment card or funding credentials are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored directly by WPReborn.

2. Why we use it

Information is used to provide requested services, assess scope, process and reconcile purchases, respond to support, investigate abuse, complete migrations, maintain project records and meet legal or accounting obligations.

3. Project access and sensitive information

Customers should not place passwords, API keys or private access details in public forms or ordinary support email. When project access is required, WPReborn will arrange an appropriate handover method for the work.

Customers should only upload data necessary for the project and should remove or avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information where possible.

4. Abuse prevention and security services

Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile together with a server-validated Compatinova continuity fallback, CSRF protection, rate limits and a namespaced honeypot. These controls may process IP address and technical request information for security purposes.

5. Live chat

The site may load Tawk.to live chat. When enabled, use of that chat may involve processing by Tawk.to under its own privacy terms. Do not send passwords, API keys or other secret credentials through live chat.

6. Sharing and processors

Information may be disclosed to service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the service or complete a customer-approved project, such as payment, hosting, email, infrastructure or migration-related providers. WPReborn does not treat customer project data as advertising inventory.

7. Retention

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for active delivery, support, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Sensitive project access should be removed or rotated when it is no longer required for the work.

8. Your requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about processing. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security or accounting reasons.
